Load The Trailer Day:
All scouts and leaders attending summer camp need to load their gear on the trailer this coming Saturday, July 9, 2011, at King Star Baptist Church on South 2nd Street. The trailer will be opened between 5:30 pm and 6 pm.

Orlando Q. Zepeda, Marco A. Salinas, Victor M. Briseno, and Zachary W. Rodriguez attened the National Youth Leadership Training at Camp Karankawa. the scouts spent their spring break learning about goals, problem solving, conflict resolution, ethical decisions, and communication skills so scouts may be able to run a productive meeting. Gilberto Sosa III, Nathaniel Gant, Giancarlo Bruschetta, Richard J. Reyes Jr., and Federico Solis III are currently working on their Eagle Project at Dick Kleberg Park. Their project consists of adding a new section to the playground, updating picnic areas, and upgrades to the parking lot.
